Most of our products, including The New Shopping Bag, are made from 100% recycled Ripstop nylon. This material is bluesign® certified, ensuring that no harmful substances were used during production and that the process was environmentally friendly.
How should I clean my SUSAN BIJL bag?
To maintain the quality of your bag, we recommend hand washing it with mild soap or machine washing it at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius on a delicate cycle. Always hang it to dry and avoid using a tumble dryer.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 5-12 business days.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Is the Ripstop nylon waterproof?
Our Ripstop nylon features a water-resistant coating, making it perfect for light rain and everyday use. However, the bags are not 100% waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
