We want you to love your SUSAN BIJL products as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unused items back in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
